Whānau talk about their lived experience of Oranga Tamariki

The Whānau Ora Commissioning Agency, with the support of the South Island Commissioning Agency Te Pūtahitanga o Te Waipounamu and under the guidance of renowned Māori leadership, undertook an inquiry into Oranga Tamariki in recognition of the urgency for change towards better Māori whānau wellbeing.
The Māori Inquiry is about whānau first and foremost, about their stories of pain and trauma, but also about their vision, hopes and aspirations for a better future for tamariki.
