This winter, Whānau Ora continue to ensure whānau are supported through the cold season.
Distribution of our Manaaki Packs is well underway to Whānau Ora partners across Te Ika-a-Māui.
Our suppliers Snell Packaging and Saftey and Hoop NZ have completed 1,041 pallets of Manaaki Packs that have been distributed to 63 delivery points across the North Island.
Whānau will be supported through two different pack offerings. Whare Packs include hand sanitiser, antibacterial wipes, masks, rubbish bags and a toilet cleaner. Or Tinana packs include a hot water bottle, beanie, paracetamol, tissues, deep heat and vix vapo drops.
Production of our manaaki packs have included over 1,154,000 individual items and 23 x 20 foot containers of bulk product.
